I ordered a Product from YouTube through the direct link which was delivered by Blue Dart Services, I received the product but when I opened it the product which is a Pedicure Electronic machine it is not working and the cap was broken when I connected the machine to get charged but it didn’t charge the product part also separated in parts I paid 900/- for this Product so I wanted to return the product and get the refund, also I want to claim the request the day I received the product I’m not aware of how to approach the company for Refund so please accept my request and take the product as soon as possible and return my Money..
