I ordered for 2 in 1 telescopic kitchen rack for ₹599…and received the product by Shiprocket courier… With expectations i unboxed the cover and was shocked to see a few metal strips worth less than ₹50 and is also not useful for anything… Omsys Retail is a cheating company and action should be taken against this fraud company. How dare these people are boldly advertising in Facebook and running fraud company,? I want people to be careful in purchasing items from this Omsys Retail company. But they are using good courier service like Shiprocket courier and Bluedart courier service… Open box courier is not allowed.. .kindly don’t be trapped by the advertisements.
