I order 2 nos Telescopic 2 in 1 Kitchen Sink Storage Rack Holder Green for Rs 999/- shipped by invoice no Retail 121478 dt 2 Sep 24 dispatched form Daily Things Plot No 122 Basement D Block Secror -7 Noida Gautam Buddha Nagar Pin 201301 under their order no NNEU352941 form OMSYS Retails through facebook AD, but received today on 4 Sep 2024 complete different product costing hardly Rs 100 eachwhich no use of me. In the invoice neither email address, contact no, Web site address etc is available to contact them. They are using well reputed courier company SHIPROCKET .It appears a FRAUD COMPANY . But I will not go them easily as I am also visiting the dispatch address of Noida to know the fact.

Cheaters, chors should be taken to custody. Police should raid these fake rascals who operates from Delhi
Facebook should file a police complaint and not allow them to sell on the Facebook seller page. Is Facebook ignoring such complaints?
I too have received a fake & totally different product this eve by blue dart courier. My order was for blue colour 2 in 1 telescopic kitchen sink storage rack. But have received some lousy rack which is not even worth 100/-₹ . The label on the parcel is so unclear & can not be read . How does one return the parcel & get back the cash 599/-₹ which I paid .
I had ordered telescopic 2 in one kitchen storage rack (green and grey color) order no. NNEKVS1244011 dated 31aug 2024 costing INR 599.00.
Today 10th Sept 2024 item is delivered by Bludart courier and paid the amount. Unfortunately wrong product was found in the package which is even less than 50 rupees value. Kindly replace the correct item or arrange refund at your earliest. Thanks
I had ordered a telescopic 2in 1 ( red colour) kitchen sink storage rack holder ( invoice no : retail 121377 dated 02-09-2024 )costing Rs 599/-. The bill on the cover had the product name and colour which we had ordered and we paid up the money of Rs 599 to the Blue dart courier , but unfortunately a wrong product was delivered today. I want either the company to replace the product or arrange for refund of Rs 599/-.
Pls do the needful at the earliest.

Article sent is totally different from one ordered. OMSYS seems to be a fraud company. They show superior products in ads but dispatch extremely inferior product.Beware of it. You find no way to return the product and get your money back.
