Received defective ‘Folding Travel Bag’ which has faded colours & zip is also broken. There is no mechanism to contact seller neither there is any return policy.
Seller is ‘Omsys Retails’ from Sector 7 Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar…Please refrain from buying anything as they are big time fraud….
They use Shiprocket to deliver there defective products….

I order perfumed of other brand and OMSYS send duplicate product worth rs 699/- need to return the product and need refund for the same.
OMsys Retails Noida delivered an item not ordered by me. There is no use of this item. Shipped from plot no 122 Basement D block, Sector 7, Gautham Budoha nagar , pincode 201301. Actually ordered kitchen sink holder .They have delivered some rotating object .
