Ordered an item telescopic 2-in-1 kitchen sink organizer from OMSYS Retails from an ad placed on the social media platform Facebook on 24th August 2024 (order#NNEU351555) but received on 2nd September 2024, a completely useless and different product not worth the ₹600/- paid. No proper contact details found when I searched the internet. I found the name of company as OMSYS Retails from the message received from Shiprocket that delivered the product. The address from the net says the above company is based at Bengaluru, Karnataka. But in the packet address is given as Daily things Plot No 122, Basement D Block, Sector 7, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar 201301. So I concluded it is a fraud company.
I want my money back. Can return the product received.
