A travel cosmetics storage pouch was advertised on YouTube and my mother purchased it from your company (if there is one like that) paying 649 rupees COD. Order number: NNEKVS1205808. But what we received was a low quality plastic foldable shopping bag. There is no website by this name. Nowhere can I see on social media also such a company. Very obviously total fraudsters. If you have any shame in cheating a senior citizen, you will refund the money. I’ll make sure that your name is plastered all over SM. I saw on this site that many others are complaining about the same thing – cosmetic pouch advertised, but plain bag delivered.

Fraud company YOUR phone is switcdoff. I received travel bag by paying 999rs which is not as same as displayed in youtube. I called Bluedart to get affliated OMSYS travel bag product company not available.
Ordered 2 extendable bags @ 1700, but received very very low quality normal bag which is not related to the item what I ordered. Please go through this issue…name is OMSYS Retailers…
