I ordered for waterproof foldable travel bag,on seeing the advertisement in You Tube. Order no.NNEKVS122891 dated 25.07.2024.
But I received a ordinary bag completely different from the bag showing in the advertisement and colour mismatch also. I want refund. Kindly resolve the issue.
