The bag delivered is totally different from what the company had shown. lt was expandable and had pockets, But the bag I received is a simple bag of very low quality material, without pockets and is non expandable. Very cheap quality and yet I had to pay Rs. 999/-. No whereabouts of the bogus company. How to claim Refund?
