The item I recieved is not what that is shown in Advertisement(Instagram).It is a cheap product that can be obtained at around 1/4 th of price in local market.There is no system to reach this dealer Please help me in getting my money back

I have placed an order for crystal lotus hoop earrings – Korean jhumka SKU 1010 ( order #: NNEU343027 , Invoice No.: Retail 87108 , dated 2024-07-15 ) & paid Rs 1199 through COD , but sorry to say that when I have opened the received packet , I was surprised to see that the material
sent to me is totally different – snore free noseclip , which is of no use to me & is a very cheap product , so kindly look into the matter seriously & resolve this issue by sending me the exact item ordered by me at your earliest possible , since such types of mistakes will loose your business and faith amongst the customers & I think you have made a fraud with me so I hope you will do the needful on urgent basis , thanks ..
I have received completely a different Product. I ordered for hand breake where as I got flash light. I request to arrange for exchange of originally ordered item – Hand break cover.
Ordered one Cora shoulder bag OnLine. Had ordered Tan, received Black. Also, it was absolutely not what was shown in the picture. Tried to contact them. Even tho it was said while taking order that Can return n get Refund. There was no number n email was returned by postmaster. PLEASE HELP!!
Everybody says don’t be mislead my online advertising. Well I did. I bought a Cora faux leather shoulder hand bang. The colour I wanted was grey. I got marron. The bag is not what appears in the picture ( naturally stupid me). The add said if you don’t like the product you may return. No where was the company named mentioned. With great difficulty I got the name of the company
Neither am I happy with the product neither am I happy with the colour. Now I am stuck with garbage and I don’t know what to do with it
