Misguided & Not refunding deposit amount Rs 3100/
Good Evening Sir/Madam ,
This is with regards to a Job Vacancy with Tata Motors in Mumbai Mirror dated 30th April 2016. To work at home and laptop and Samsung mobile would be provided by company. No registration or any Insurance for the device or charges were mentioned in the Advertisement .I called the mobile number 707070550321 and was asked to SMS my name ,age ,contact number and qualifications. Which I did, on 13th may I received a call from one Mr Ranjan number 07070550321 . He said a Job ID has to be created once I pay (Transfer funds ) Rs 3100 refundable deposit to his director Mr Mohan Singhaniya The Account Details were State Bank India HAZARIBAD JARKHAND. Once the amount was paid by me on 16th may 2016 Mr Ranjan called and told me the laptop and mobile is provided from company and has to be insured for 5 years at Rs 5000 I informed him I am housewife and unable to pay same, he reduced the amount from 5000 to 2500 and then 1000 and wanted me to recharge his phone by Rs200 on mobile number 7070548583 to process the dispatch of the devices. I asked him to give me a days time .
This morning Mr Ranjan called me and asked me what have I decided and offered the insurance for year at 1000.I told him I am not interested as the advertisement did not mention any charges .If he had to tell me the job needs registration and Insurance charges of Rs 3100 and 5000R ,I would not have made a Bank transfer.
Then he tells me he will check with his seniors and if I recharge his Airtel mobile by Rs 200 only then by 12 noon 17/5/2016 ,he will process my refund I told him he has 3100 of mine to deduct 200 which is wrong on his path and credit the balance .Rs 200 was for a form to cancel my Job application I refused to pay/recharge his mobile and told him I am not interested to refund my Rs3100 by today otherwise I will file complaint with Consumer court and a NC complaint .Then he said do anything the amount will not be TRANSFEREED / CREDITED BACK TO ME .Hence I would request you to intervene and look matter so that I get my refund of Rs3100/- at earliest.
