am working in optima ics.It is in nelson manickam road.I paid 2 lak and joined in that company through backdoor which has only backdoor for starter (like junior developer). Totally there are 80 employees in optima. our 3 months training nearly gets over but we haven’t got salary even the HR in that company came through backdoor.they are not even training us.we simply go to office chat and come.No training, no salary,
No appointment order. you know the hardest part is they are not giving salary to TL now they are waiting to shift to other company but in my friend case its not possible and they don’t have the money to pay rent .They Hired only payment based around 1.5 L to 2.5 L but in this company did’t have a single project no faculty and facilities

optima is one fraud company and the management is acting like mother fucker including that bustard hr. my sincere suggestion is not to join this fraud company by paying 2lakh
Please tell me Optima Ics is fake or fraud because some say it is fraud and some says goos and startup… I am confused, please tell please tell I can join or not… they r asking me to pay 2500Rs.
Intha thevidya mavanga daily students select panni money mattum than collect pandranga.they did not have single project.they training like school class room.optima company have no computers.and our company id card has printed http://www.optimatics.com its one fack.aftr the devali the company will closed so be avor friends
Dont beleieve these kind of rumors friends..optima is one of the good software company..i completed the training for 15 days..and i learned lot of knowledge from the domain..from my experience that concern is making candidates to become a software engineers..
In fact they r making us to get more knowledge about software..so as ur friend i’m saying trust the company and utilize the opportunity frnds..thank u…

Optima MD ZAWED HUSSAN and TABRESH both are fraud… optima ics is totally fake company… plz those who are cheated from optima ics plz go and register complain in chennai police commissioner office egmore… plz don’t avoid it…
Both are planed 2 cheat the fresher student … till now both are cheated more than 100 … me my 20 frnds are also cheated by optima MD ZAWED HUSAAN and TABRESH… i m from odisa. ME and my all 20 student each person 35k paid to optima for 25k salary.. And i think more than 30 student from north india are also cheated by optima Md ZAWED…before 2 months when i m going to join optima that time all cheated student from north indian are told me plz avoid this company this is fake… but i didn’t consider that time but now i m felling that suggession.. all north indians are right but we are wrong…right now we are felling those thing…
So i m requesting all new comers plz don’t join this compny…
