I must tell you about my dreadful travel encounter with “ORANGE TOUR LLP Almaty,” I feel compelled to. I set out on a journey with six friends from Baroda, Gujarat, full of trust and anticipation.
We hired “ORANGE TOUR LLP Almaty” to handle our Almaty tour after speaking with Mr. Vikas, who claimed to be affiliated with Dook Travels Pvt Ltd, a reputable company for Central Asian tours.
Unbeknownst to us, Mr. Vikas and Mr. Amitabh Bhasin, former staff members of Dook Travels, were profiting personally from their association with the company. When we got here, our nightmare started.
By ignoring our calls and keeping us waiting for a broken-down bus for five agonizing hours, they showed extreme irresponsibility.
As soon as we started having problems with the hotel, things got worse. Mr. Amitabh Bhasin and the hotel staff conspired to demand more money under the pretext of leaving them stranded in Almaty.
The actions of ORANGE TOUR LLP Almaty are abhorrent; they cheat and lie to us while endangering our security.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this dishonest business because they damage the reputation of legitimate travel agencies. Our dream vacation ended up being a nightmare.
To ensure stern action against these people who have tarnished Kazakhstan’s tourism reputation, we will file a complaint with the Kazakhstani Embassy in India.
