Dear sir,

I booked an apartment no. 801 in tower 3 n in september 2011 in the project aster court premier in sector-85, gurgaon being developed by orris infrastructure pvt. Limited, gurgaon. They promised that project will get completed in 36 months. However even after 60 months passed project is nowhere near completion as construction activities are not there at site since last 18 month. I have paid 95 % of the total amount of the apartment. As there is no hope of getting the possession in near future and i am in dire state of money crunch, i have written to the orris management for cancellation of the apartment and refund of money with penal interest. I have been following up with them continuously but they provide me very standard answer that my query has been forwarded to concern department and will get back to me. Even after continuously following with them since more than 2 months there is no positive & concrete reply from orris management.

Sir, i have invested my hard earned money in this apartment with a hope that it will get completed in time and either i will reside in that or i may sell it depending upon the circumstances. As there is no hope for this project to get completed my entire money has got blocked and i am finding it though to sustain my day to day life.

Sir, please ask the orris infrastructure private limited to accept my request of cancellation and refund my money. Sir, please help me out.
