When I called the firm, they claimed the instructor would text you again using a different number, but he hasn’t texted me yet. I had booked a teacher from Oxford Tuition, and he was supposed to start on the 15th, but he didn’t even pick up the phone and ghosted us.
The company’s altered mentality is the issue.
They used to call very constantly before, sounding very trustworthy, watchful, and alert, but now they solely ignore our calls.
