I placed the order on 21st of August and paid inr 1350. I asked for tracking I’d they did not send. And when they send it was showing that the shoes are delivered to Rohtak but my address was of Bahadurgarh. I even messaged the seller so many many times but she did not reply even this site oyela customer service number is fake they never pick the call or reply to messages now I am asking for refund so she is saying I don’t have any order placed by your name. Where as I have all the screenshots and proofs . The seller is still posting Instagram stories promoting her product but not opening my DM box. I even mailed the company responsible for shipping according to the ling they gave they are calling me Monica according to the awb number I mailed them..i haven’t placed order with that name either the seller has not delivered my product or she is giving me wrong tracking I’d even if I DM her she says i haven’t received order from your name I even sent her every screenshot than she don’t even check messages and reply. I seriously don’t know what to do. It’s been a mont now she kept on saying you will receive the order but I have lost all hopes now. Also this oyela company never pick up the call if I call on their helpline number. It’s a fake company. Please help me with this.
