Pacific Holiday World
We were charged INR 1,50,000 by Pacific Holiday World, which appears to be a fraudulent company, for a 10-year membership that included seven days of hotel vacation per year from their employees at the Hyatt Vastrapur in Ahmedabad.
They refuse to reply to our emails when we ask for reservations, citing things like “booking window opening a few days prior to travel dates” as reasons not to make the reservation.
In addition to their annual maintenance fees, they also impose hidden booking fees, about which we were unaware at the time of purchase. They don’t appear to have any nice hotels, despite their promise of 5-star accommodations.
People are being duped by them. On Google and other websites, they have fictitious reviews. Their founder, Mr. Rehan Akhtar, had previously founded a fraud company of a similar nature that was shut down.
I want my membership fees returned in full. How can I receive a reimbursement?
