This is k n ravishankar, i have already submitted the policy details at pacl mysore branch on 20th march 2015, for refund. I have only the acknowledgment given by the pacl above-mentioned office. I dont have a bond certificate and don’t have even the photocopy of that.
Now i am unable to upload the document online for refund, as the acknowledgement doesn’t have the number.
While applying for refund online, only the scanned copy of either certificate or the receipt is accepted.
How i can go through with the acknowledgment / is there any possibility to get the duplicate bond certificate for the following registration number u149208993.
