I have seen this online shopping ad on Facebook I have ordered the product but I have receive a mail but there is no Communication regarding my order then I called customer service they sent a MSG with OTP and asking for the OTP post that they had sent a link and asking to send the same another no I decline to do the same then person told me that without this process he is not going to refund.hope this complain will teach them and helpful for others.
