Hello Sir,

I Mr. Pradeep Mahadev Sawant residing in Shirodha kerwadi vengurla dist sindhudurg had invested INR 5 Lac in pan card club engaged in development and maintenance of Recreation club and hotels in the year 3rd Oct’2013 through one of my friend Mr. Sahadev Shirodkar (agent code – 170078) who invested Rs 2lac in name of my daughter Priyanka Sawant through marketing person Mrs Aparna Vaibhavanand Tendulkar which was expiring on 3rd Jan’17. INR 1lac was invested in Medical insurance without my concern & later it was informed to me by Mr. Sahadev Shirodkar (agent code – 170078) that instead of investing all money in same scheme in name of my daughter Priyanka Sawant he has removed my medical insurance policy of 1 lac which is locked for 6 years. The medical insurance was brought to my notice after 4 months for which i was not happy with his decision. Gangaram Balkrushna Govekar (agent code – RFO1035-01-10841) had invested Rs.2lac in the name of my second daughter Varsha Sawant through marketing person Praveen Gangadhar Govekar which was also expiring on 3rd Jan’17. This year in the month of March’17 when i went to Panclub office which is located in Prabhadevi Mumbai they told me that you will receive the money by March’18 and gave me the acknowledgement receipt in name of both of my daughters. I just want to confirm when will i get my invested amount as i have my both daughter marriage fixed in the month of May’18 and i am the retired Best worker. The agent Mr. Sahadev Shirodkar (agent code 170078) and Gangaram Balkrushna Govekar (Agent Code : RFO1035-01-10841) are just give me commitment that the SEBI & RBI case is going on & you will receive the money by March’18. I just need confirmation from SEBI & RBI by when will the money be returned as i am going through very bad phase and have my daughter’s marriage fixed in the month of May’18.. Attaching the legal documents given by Pancard Club LTD. Request you to kindly let me know at the earliest.
