Subject; cheating by builder shri mukesh aggarwal and shri sanjay gandhi of “paramount villas pvt ltd”
Sir/ madam,
We, jaymin h patel, alongwith with my wife shalini j patel, purchased from mukesh aggarwal, managing director of “paramount villas pvt ltd”, hereafter termed as “builder”, unit no. C -55 golforeste, at gh plot no. – bgh-a, site c (Ext), ph-1 at surajpur, greater noida, having its corporate office at h-123, sec-63, noida-201305. Unit no. C 55 golforeste, was purchased on construction linked plan, termed as “flexi plan” on 21/01/2012 with possession date as 20/07/2014 committed by builder.
We paid the entire amount as per allotment document terms either in advance or well within due date. We paid the entire allottment document amount with final installment on 05/11/2015.
Despite our several reminders in the form of written reminders (Supporting documents enclosed), telephonic reminders, and personal visit to builder’s corporate office, builder has failed to construct the unit and provide us with possession even after 4 years and 4 months (Period 2014 till date 2018) from the date of possession committment mentioned in allotment letter.
Therefore we are of the opinion that builder lead by managing director shri mukesh aggarwal and shri sanjay gandhi do not have any interest in giving us the possession of our unit c 55, golforeste.
Estimated rs 20 lacs plus is suffered by us as financial loss. Also we have suffered significant mental trauma. Because of mental trauma inflicted by builder, my wife has suffered with physical disease. I personally have suffered immensely because of mental trauma inflicted by builder.

-allotment document, ledger and builder.
-documents to support that we have paid installments either in advance or on time.
-documents to support our follow-up with builder asking builder to complete the construction and provide us possession.
-seven photos dated 27/09/2018 demonstrating incomplete construction and villa not ready for possession.
-police complaint event id p[protected]. During one of our several visit to builder’s corporate office at noida on 13/11/2018, we had called police to intervene in the matter.
-police complaint is filed with ssp greater noida on 01/12/2018.
Please help us obtain possession of our property from builder
