I made deposit of 15000INR on 30th Aug and logged ticket: #33435749 in Parimatch. Everyday i am following up via E-mail and Chat, Providing Bank Statement each and Everyday. There Agents are giving random responses like it will resolve within 24 hours or resolve soon, Experts are working etc etc but even after 14 days, no thing is happening. Chat agent quite the conversation whenever they want without any reasonable updates.
