I am writing this complaint with deep concern and distress regarding fraudulent and negligent actions by the online platform “Parimatch”, which has caused me severe financial and emotional loss.
Despite following all payment instructions provided on the official Parimatch website, the funds I transferred were not credited to my wallet or refunded. It has now been over 19 days, and there is still no resolution or refund.

🧾 Summary of the Complaint
I made these payments and withdrawals using official Parimatch payment details shown inside my account.
However, the money has not reached my wallet, and no refund or explanation has been provided by the company.
I have contacted Parimatch support several times and provided all proofs, but every time they reply that it’s “under process” with no actual progress.
This prolonged silence and lack of transparency have left me in a state of financial loss, stress, and helplessness.

🙏 Request for Immediate Action
I humbly request your office to kindly:
1. Investigate Parimatch for receiving funds and not crediting or refunding the same.
2. Order refund of ₹22,196 to my account immediately.
3. Take necessary legal action under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for mental harassment, cheating, and service negligence.
4. Ensure the platform’s Indian payment channels are verified and compliant.
