November 28, 2023 Withdraw Bkash (1400 BDT) and Nagad (1100 BDT) separately. When withdrawals are successful, Parimatch shows me the notification bell icon, but when I check my wallet, there is nothing there.
Two withdrawals are unnecessary. I contacted Parimatch about this, and they advised me to send in a copy of my most recent wallet’s PDF statement.
I submitted, but they never got back to me. After two days, they argued, they should submit an updated PDF copy again.
Every day, they waste my statement time and ask me to send in another PDF update.
I sent them every document they asked for. Still, they were having fun with me.
They cut off our conversation when I ask for proof from them, such as my document. Which services? Please do not attempt to register their fraudulent website. They are con artists.
