Grabasap.com (Way2online Retail Private Limited)

I placed an order on Grabasap.com on 29/11/13 on Way2Online Retail Private Limited No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad – 500016, Ph No: 040-6622 8272 for three items and the order no. is “GRB38218”. I got the order confirmation mail from the Grabasap.com that the products will be dispatched with in 5 to 7 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). But till now i haven’t received the items. They are not receiving the calls when i called them.
I would like to know whether Way2Online Retail Private Limited is genuine or not. And i request the consumers not to use the website www.grabasap.com for online purchases. Here I’m uploading the screen shot of my order.
