so i applied for Paytm sales job in 2025 Jan around i went there some junior registered me with app and with an soundbox on that day because the senior was not available on that day next day met senior he taught me about the job and requirements he said first you will go with other junior for 4 days to understand working
then i suppose i was going to get that Paytm soundbox but i decided to quit and i never went after that again there but the problem i am facing is that i am being continuously charged for last 3 months of Rupees 79 for the Soundbox that i never received i tried to reach to Paytm customer support through contact number 0120-4440-440 but they never picked it i filed some complaints through their Paytm business app i received a call from their one time some female assistant talked to me i described my problem to him she said she we will file a complaint and talk to senior and within 3-4 they will call back to me i said to stop the soundbox service first but that is still going on i am ready to pay the charges i suppose it was my mistake but i don’t have any sound box if you ask me to sumbiit it back then sorry i don’t have any with me please try to understand the problem
