Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop
I have had nothing but terrible experiences with Pernia Pop over the last three weeks, and they have turned out to be a completely fraudulent company.
My first disappointment came from my Papa Don’t Preach lehenga being handled improperly, and then I had a similar bad experience with my Tiesta Shoes.
Pernia Pop dares to deliver these items wrapped in papers and a cardboard box without any protective dust bags, even though the designers have confirmed that they are shipped in appropriate designer bags.
My frustrations have been exacerbated by their appalling customer service.
Heeral and Suhail, who are purportedly members of the support team, have both shown blatant ineptitude.
Their poor performance is not commensurate with the compensation they receive.
To make matters worse, whenever I have tried to get these grievances addressed, I have been met with total silence.
Pernia Pop has not responded to requests for a refund and for the shoes to be picked up.
I’ve gone so far as to file a consumer complaint against them because of this continuous mental harassment.
The effectiveness of such actions is still unknown, though. Personally, I would strongly advise against ordering anything from Pernia Pop.
Customers who are looking for quality and dependability are offended by their dishonest business practices and fraudulent activities.
