I have been went for a MSME loan in EGNIOL Group of Companies. One of the EGNIOL team persons name called Mis. Jeevitha and Mr.Kavi Priyan they told me that they will assist end to end LOAN process for me in this MSME loan against PM’s Schemes,also i paid 15000 plus 18% GST.On 4th December 2024. After that they couldn’t complete that process as DiC officers told that it can’t be done till April 2025. I called several times to EGNIOL Groups for what would be next ? But they will not answered my calls till now. I called to Main Office branch also they said we will connect to the Higher officials team but that also not happens. So please take necessary action . Thank you
