piaggio vehcles pvt ltd – poor quality of scooter services and missinterpretation

i bought scooter on 28 june2012,
batch no:3339
chasis no:3339
engine no:3387
amt paid :77,597,
following are the problems

– average 36 instead of 60 claimed.
2 – accessories still not provided. the vespa was bought on assurance that side foot rest will be provided in 1st week July.
3 – handle was not aligned at time of delivery.
4 – mirrors were loosely fitted at the time of deliver.
5 – mirrors still have vibrations and the problem is not attended
6: poor quality of paint
7: poor service.nt fitted breks and acclator in proper manner
i done all services and fllfilled thair condition,still problema are not solved after compaining to dealer and service center,theair represant behaves rudely it me
