On 4th August ,11 15 pm,a fraud transaction of 50k through ICICI credit card has been made to pine labs Pvt LTD.I complained in police /crime branch but all seems helpless.Bank is also not helping in this case.

I have two demands for the bank.
1)please return /refund my 50k
2)please don’t add this amount of 50k to the next generated bill for upcoming month till the investigation get over.

This is my humble request to consumer Court please help me ,as my last expectation is you only.
