I had purchased a multicolour saree with stitched blouse worth Rs.1999 from Instagram store (bella_boutique_85) dated on 31 January, 2022 but what I received made me shocking. The address on invoice is Plot no-11,apsara nager,NearAI-Fatah masjid,Nasir nagar ved darwaja,surat,gujrat,395003 India. Quality of the Saree sent is pathetic you can easily pick from footpath for Rs.50. Color, design, blouse (just lace piece given as blouse) and fabric is pathetic. I told her to raise a return request and refund as per policies said before placing the order and she replied as the return will complete within 7 days and refund my amount. i waited exactly 7 days and started to follow up but i never got any reply nor answering my calls. upon that she changed the instagram id *(present instagram id is fashion_clothing_01) and blocked me from everywhere. i got frustrated and returned the product myself on the above address taken from invoice and sent the photos through email just hoping to get the refund. its been months now but never received any acknowledment even trying multiple times from multiple sources and now i am sure that its a scam and want to take legal action it.
Hoping to get refund.
