Hi I am a customer of pocketly loan application i was using this loan app for the last 1 year and the repayment was done on correct time. but this month because of some financial issues i was not able to repay the amount and they started to call me 7 to 8 days per day , so i told my situation to them they told me late fine will be charged , after that their way of tone changed , again calls came again i told my situation but they were telling to repay that day only , after 33 days today 16/05/2022 they called to my contacts, I taken 10000 loan from them and i repaid 13304 Rs today 30304rs for 33 days late fee, also they called my family members , their customer supprt is harrasing and threatening me for the late repayment , for the first time am getting these situation of repayment delay but they treated me very badly , I am mentioning the number which my family members got call 8799916241 also mentioning the whatsapp msg screenshot with this complaint . these guys have no fear of complaints they were telling ok go and complaint no problem so please consider my complaint against pocketly and the customer care
