Poor customer service & inefficiency in car service

In oct i have taken amc same time gave car for servicing on delivery i was told we have not done brake servic as we dont have spare surprise to hear the wheels are mc wheels tubeless tyres which is more popular in todays trend. Now second time i want to give car for servicing have called customer service desk dictated same issue want to reassure this time will my brake service happen as its very important from service point i was transfered to multiple people every time i am telling the issue but all are helpless to tell finally the workshop manager mr parab i thought to talk to him i left my number thrice on friday 23rd may every time i was received assured he will call but the call never came last i spoke with ms jejua . What kind of customer service is this you dont have spares & team manger are so reluctant inspite me calling several time no one ready to back call you lack the basic service industry etiquette
