I have purchased online Himsagar Mangoes 10kg from this website gorgeousfabs.myshopify.com on 31st March, 2021, against which I have already made the payment online of Rs. 496.78 and received the conformation message vide Order ID – 2693 that I will be informed once the product is out of delivery but unfortunately when I am clicking on the link and from said website for above said order status, it shows “This Store is Unavailable”. Please help me in this regard and give me proper justice in this regard, since this website is a fraud and hence to be punished as per Indian Law. Necessary action for such fraud activity by this website – gorgeousfabs.myshopify.com with its owner to genuine consumers as per Indian Consumer Court Forum shall be applicable. My Mob.
