I have placed two different orders for kitchenware from preeti world online from the site preetiworld.in on dated 17/11/2021 and till date i did not received my order at the given address. I have already made online payment through google pay. Either dispatch my ordered items, or refund my money.

I ordered three pressure cooker on 17.11.2021 for Rs. 399/-(offer price) and Rs. 505.04 (including GST and delivery charge) debited from my bank account. Delivery schedule is four days. But I not receive this item till now. Please take action at your earliest.
i dont recive my parcel i have paid money and get a mail that your order is recived and wil be shiped in 3-5days but did’nt geet anything please takee actaion or rufund the money
