Hello sir, my name is sabiya desai. On 12 th Nov. 2021 while watching you tube ad comes about preetiworld.in, about online shopping , I visited the site n order some household items about 611.24 rs . My order no is #160479. Which I paid with using my debit card .After placed order one confirmation mail come from preetiworld.in saying that your order was placed and we delivered within 4 to 5 working days , but till date I didn’t get the items , I tried to contact the company helpline no. 9313801855 . But that no is not exist. I mailed them but still not reply. The company address is G112,Belgium Square, ring Road, surat, gujarat.395002.
I just want my order or my refund my money .pls help me to sort this.
Reply me as soon as possible sir.
