I have ordered a set of knife from the website preetiworld.in worth Rs 210 on 16th of November 2021 and made the payment via UPI and they promised to deliver the product within 4 to 5 days but have not delivered the product till date and neither they refund any amount, I have tried much to rech them through email and customer complain number but they did not replied.
