I was ordered prestige clean home plastic mop 2 weeks before. I didn’t get the product even after 2 weeks. I was already sent email to the Preeti world, but they didn’t gave me any reply or any option to refund the amount. This is very unfair. Please give the product or give any option to refund the amount. Kindly file this complaint and do necessary action against this company. I humbly request you to take action against this unfair act.
