They are constantly creating new Instagram handles. Currently, pretty_last_fashions is the Id. I paid Rs. 2150 for my dress. Since it did not fit, I requested a refund.
The guy answering customer service keeps putting it off, saying a boy will come pick it up and Google will pay right away. They are pure spam. The phone is now off as well.
They won’t return my calls or messages on Instagram, even after I threatened to report them to the police if they didn’t give me my money back.
I ordered the dress on February 2nd, 2024, and was told on Instagram that it would be returned in 3–4 days. However, no one arrived, so I had to call the customer service representative.
Fifteen days, he said. The phone was switched more than 15 days ago.
