They had accepted order with address and pin code for flowers sent on wedding and promised delivery. Their sub-vendor “New Flower Point” in Vaishali Jaipur produced fake delivery challan.
The occasion is lost and later informing that they cannot deliver to requested location. once order accepted, It was their responsibility to deliver.
It was quite embracing for us that we trusted them to deliver on the occasion but failed.
Very Disappointing Service…
However, since order has not been delivered… taking time in processing refund.
