My name is Shikha…. I live in Jhansi (U.P), Shivpuri Road, Near Riya Traders, 284419. I had ordered 2 jeans worth ₹1198 from a page on Instagram named as “Price Less Store”. They had mentioned cash on delivery, very clearly there, so as they did. The product was ordered on 13th March and got delivered on 21st March around 3.00 pm. When it came to pay for it I was not having cash with me so I chose to pay online through my bank account (Bank of Baroda). The QR code that was shown by the delivery boy was going invalid for several times so he suggested me to transfer the money(₹1198) to his account and said that he would pay to the required company. I was noticing the parcel and was having a doubt that how could such a small parcel could contain two jeans in it, so I opened the parcel and shit…..!!!😡😡 what I got to see one rubbish jeans which was not expected. Quality of the jeans was so bad also it was torned at the end of the Rise portion and at many other parts. There were many stains also and was looking like as it was worned several times and also looked that it was not for girls but for boys ( worn out jeans). Means I was totally hacked by such a fraudulent page on Instagram which promises to avail return and exchange policy but don’t even reply to their customers once paid. I asked the delivery boy that what to do, but he was not having any idea as he had paid the amount transferred from my account in his one…to the company. Then I tried to contact them on Instagram so I called them there (Instagram), messaged them, but there was no reply from their side, they did not even seen it. There was no contact number for customer care purposes. They are at peak in scamming innocent people and I don’t know about there around thousands of customers who are also hacked. Also on Instagram they said that customer care number would be provided in the bill into the parcel. There was no such bill neither a contact number. I was totally helpless, the delivery boy said that when you get number to talk to them take him on conference but I got no number so the evidence from delivery boy’s side got failed.
Now my hope is in this website….Complaint Lists….I hope that you will see my complaint and take some strict actions against that page on Instagram named as “Price Less Store”( they have around 43.2 k followers and 0 following and 888+ posts) and at anyhow please let my refund available because my money ₹1198 worths too much for me…It is very important for me….PLEASE..!!!😔😔🙏🙏🙏😢😥😖….I am requesting you very seriously so be responsive and make sure that my refund request is processed without any further delay.
