Hi,

We have booked flat in puraniks neral project in the name of mrs. Chaitali shinde. First of all there was misrepresentation by purnaiks about the flat cost, later there were hidden charges such as premium view n all… Still we booked the flat by giving them inr 61, 000/-. The banks are unable to give the required loan for the home owner and we have to shell out very big amount from our pocket, so we have approached puraniks for the cancellation of booking and refund of amount. It is been 10 months we have been told to wait and wait. Now they are informing us that the refunds are rejected. That means our money is gone? We have met many people in puraniks for our refund purpose all gone in vain. We are also in financial distress and please help us to get our booking amount refunded. We have written an email to director’s office also but no body is responding.in the month of june they informed us that the refund will take about 90 days, we waited and now in mid of october 2019 they are informing us that refunds have been rejected.
