I Friend asked me to invest 4 lakh rupees to his company and with the money He brought product from Qnet and register me as a Member

I was not aware of the Business at all and they only given me wrong informations and
I was misinformed in everything by my Upline they didn’t even told me about term and condition of the products and anything about the return policy.
They created a different mail id of my name and bought all the products.
I even told them in the first day itself i want refund but they refused and told me there is no such options
I come to know about this when he shared the gmail and i got the qnet welcome message it was given there 30 day return policy and so i send the mail immediately. I didn’t know about the 7 days policy.
Now i am getting information like it’s a 7 day return policy no one informe me about that
Now what i should do i want refund and i even mailed within 30 days but they bought my product in dollars
Please help me
