If the online reservation was for Ghaziabad, why is the driver asking to drop me off at another drop-off location when the bus won’t go to the chosen drop-off location? This is a very serious concern of mine.
Why charge for the dropping off location if you can’t get us there? Please get back to me as soon as possible.
