I visited several times to the Banaswadi railway station counter person and he did not have a solutions. I have been running around for the refund for months and no solution to my complaint. I remember the railway counter person calling Chennai (I guess it’s a support team) to check my refund status and I believe he was advised to share the email Id And phone contact number. The email ID and phone number he shared was an invalid. When I went back he asked me send email to you guys as the electronic purchase is handled by you guys.

I made my purchases of the ticket using my Citi Bank Debit card. The person at ticket counter at Banaswadi Railway station advised it will be refunded electronically there will be no cash refund made.

I was later asked to email the customer complaint contact available on the IRCTC login page and they are redirecting me to the counter person again.

I need a valid response from you and kindly do not make me run around.
