I have booked two bus tickets for Mumbai to Goa route from Railyatri service app for 17th April 2022 of BUS schedule departure from Vashi, Mumbai at 7:55.PM. Surprise to note down that inspite of registration of 17th April tickets shows date of 18th April 2022 reaching to Goa on 19th April.
It would not be worth to accept hence compelled me to cancel the bookings. They have committed second lapse instead of transferring remittance to my Bank account the amount transferred to wallet.
I request Railyatri to transfer the full amount without any penal deduction to my bank account immediately.
