As my washing machine was not working register service request to LG. Within an hour got call from RAMCO TECH SERVICE said that they are the authorized service partner for LG washing machine and asked time to visit home. I also agreed and share my address. They came and told to do servicing of control board charges Rs.4500. I also agreed and paid for that service but next day machine is not working called them to check they came and took it again for servicing control board. But after 10 days again washing machine same problem comes. I called N number of times but they did not respond. Finally I approached LG customer care and LG said they are not their authorized service partner like. They looted my money. Please banned the service of this company to safe public from these type of fraudsters.
