Yes, The issue is been faced by thousands or may be lakhs of Agents & Customers.
I used to be an agent with RAMEL. Company is not traceable for last 3-4 months (since Jan14 or Feb 14) and whomsoever we were reporting is not responding the maturity claims.

A Few other agents with me are running post to pillar to recover the amount ( at least the amount people invested through us )

The concerned branch was in jaunpur, UP and my work area was Akbarpur, Distt Ambedkar Nagar, UP.
