I have contracted with the Noida-based Rangers Club Pvt Ltd for the 10-year vacation package. They committed that they would offer luxury hotels (4- or 5-star properties) during every holiday in 2021 September. They go above and beyond to provide the best accommodations possible and have connections in more than 100 cities across India and 70 other countries, according to their sales managers Mr. Imran and Ms. Savita. They added that I could take a vacation with families and use the 21 days available. But every time I ask them for a room, it becomes difficult to find even one room. They claimed that if I book two months in advance, I will receive a confirmed reservation; however, even if I book six or nine months in advance, they will never have a room available and will require me to provide alternative dates after two months. They exert so much pressure to postpone my vacation that I decide not to go. The only property they provide each time a visitor wants to take a vacation is their own resort, Safari Park, Jim Corbett. For a ten-year membership that lasted 69 days and 70 nights, they demanded 1,30,000 rupees from me. They refuse to refund my money when I ask them to do so.
They have already taken my money and are not yet prepared to offer service or a refund. When I was using their services, they claimed that their rooms were also cancellable, but their booking coordinator, Ms. Sakshi, sent emails on a regular basis stating that the reservations I was looking for were non-cancellable and required payment of the AMC of 8500Rs. Additionally, they never own any property through RCI, their exchange network.
I require a full refund of the membership fees I have already paid, as well as reimbursement for any medical costs related to the stress they have caused me and my family.
