I am aware that I will never receive any solutions from Rao Holidays owner.
We purchased two memberships since no one was returning our emails, and on both of them, we are not only not receiving any response but we are also not even getting our hotel reserved.
Since your staff doesn’t seem to care about the customers, when we call the customer service number, they speak rudely and keep telling us to send emails because they have evidence that we aren’t receiving a response from you.
