I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent order I received. I had ordered a kurta set, but instead received a kurta that is not only different from what I expected but also appears to be of poor quality and previously used.
Additionally, I noticed that there is no return option available for this item. This situation is very disappointing, and I feel it reflects poorly on the business.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve this issue. If no satisfactory resolution is provided, I will have no choice but to consider filing a formal complaint.
